People in the new stone age were originiallly nomads, but over time, started to settle in permanent villages. This started the agricultural developments and domestication. (the taming of wild animals.) Also, the neolithis revolution was when people shifted from growing food to producing food for money. Between 9000 B.C. and 5000 B.C, many farming and hunting areas grew larger and developed quickly. Before long, Neolithic villages became into small cities. An ancient town called Cataluyuk built shrines to many Gods in order to thank them.
